Friendly and reliable repair/maintenance service for Vodafone customers.

Piotr Steininger 7 years ago

This company was twice contracted to literally crimp a coax cable and plug it in in the basement splitter box. Instead they first canceled my contract, claiming that there is no Vodafone Kabel connection at my address (it's been there for 4 years). Then, after getting a 4th contract with Vodafone and asking for a technician, they gave me a Termin 1 month later (so it will have taken them 6-7 weeks to plug this cable into that box ). When I called to complain and ask for a solution, the women yelled at me and then she hung up. Total lack of care for the customers. Terrible, terrible company. I wish I could give 0 stars.
