About Fahrschule Wenzl

Located at Münchener Str. 95, 85051 Ingolstadt, Fahrschule Wenzl operates as a fahrschulen serving Ingolstadt in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

For anything on wheels, from a tyre change to a new vehicle, the basics apply: confirm the price up front, ask about the warranty on parts and labour, and get a receipt. Third-party insurance is compulsory, and the dealer will usually arrange the registration (Zulassung) and number plates for you. Busy periods are the tyre-change weeks in spring and autumn and the days before the summer holidays, and breakdown cover through ADAC or your insurer is worth having.

Opening hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 3–8 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in Germany do change around public holidays, and many businesses close for a day or two over Christmas and Easter, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Fahrschule Wenzl on 0841 980150; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp. Its website is fs-wenzl.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Its Google rating is 3.6 out of 5 from 55 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect before you commit to a visit.

Ingolstadt is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around Ingolstadt is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

Danke Karin!

I registered to Fahrschule Wenzl for the extension of my existing Class B license with Class A license. My experience with Fahrschule Wenzl has been really great. Tom was the perfect teacher with his friendly teaching style, it made the whole process less hectic

Please, if you are a foreign student. Do not take driving lessons here. I really had a bad experience with this driving school. They do not respect your situation. I don't even want to give 1 star for this driving school. It is such a bad driving school in Ingolstadt. They just need money. I have finished my theoretical driving test in the month of May 2022. I have been waiting for my driving lessons for so long. I asked if the driving instructor speaks English because my German is not good, and then the person who booked the driving instructor for me said, yes, he speaks English, but he didn't speak that much English. I really had so many communication problems with him. So I went back to the driving school and asked them to change the driving instructor because I couldn't communicate with him and ask him questions. He was not helpful at all. I asked them to change the driving instructor because I was having problems, but they didn't because he is the owner of the driving school. They didn't accept it when I said something against him because most of the people who work there are his relatives and family members. They supported him. I took so many driving lessons because of him,
