I registered with Fahrschule Smile more than a year ago and passed my theory exam on 13.01.2025. I informed them the same day and booked my practical classes. The instructor would sometimes shout at me or act rudely. I had to inform him to stop behaving that way and that it was wrong. Anyways, I did not get a date for the practical exam until 18.06.2025. I failed that exam. Since 18.06.2025, they did not provide me another date until September 2025 which I could not take because I was out of Germany. From then on, I kept asking for another date which I did not get until my registration expired. That's a whole 6 months! The worst part of this is that after my registration expired, they claimed they did not give me a date because my wife said I was discontinuing my training/exam. This was not only false, it also went against the fact that I kept reminding them every other week to book a new exam date for me. I have to state that my wife had a slightly different experience mainly because her driving instructor was willing to fight for her. I did not get that. I have given one of the receptionists this feedback and they promised it won't happen again. I am giving them a second ch

Fahrschule Smile in Berlin gets a big thumbs up from me! The staff were incredibly supportive throughout my lessons, and my instructor, Mr. Baris, was fantastic. He explained things patiently and thoroughly, which really prepared me for the driving test. I passed on the first try thanks in large part to his support!

I would like share my experience with this driving school. Barish was my Teacher. I had a fantastic experience with him and the school. He is very nice, friendly and cool teacher. And the reception is also very helpful. I have got very easily appointments in this school (where my friends are still waiting in other schools). I would like to recommend Barish as a teacher and this school. Thanks

Today was the day for me which I was waiting for for the 2 months. I have passed first attempt my exam today with Hamudi ❤️ and Fahrschule smile is amazing. They understood the value of the customer and kept his promise. I definitely recommended to those who want driving license. Hard work and patience will definitely pay off.
