I had a very disappointing experience with this driving school. My licence conversion (Umschreibung) has already cost me around €4,000, along with a lot of stress and wasted time, and I still have not received my driving licence. The biggest issue was my driving instructor. In my experience, he was arrogant and difficult to communicate with. Whenever I asked questions or needed help, I felt like I was being shouted at instead of supported. It got to the point where I tried to avoid speaking with him because every conversation became stressful. Even with basic tasks such as parking, I felt I was not given a fair opportunity to practice, as he always refused my requests to do so. Before my practical exam, he only allowed me to practice parking in the five minutes immediately before the exam began, which I believe was not sufficient preparation. I asked the driving school to assign me a different instructor, but my request was refused. As a result, I had to continue with the same instructor. I have now failed the practical test for the second time and must wait another two months before I can retake it. I then contacted Philip directly. He helped me arrange a new test appointment,

I had a bad experience by this school, the theory lessons were good, but the practice teacher was inadequate and was yelling at me when I made mistakes by driving. After that I couldn’t stop to cry at the end of the lessons and got a fear to drive the car. If you want to save your nerves, I wouldn’t recommend this school. After changing it with the good and calm teacher, I can enjoy the driving process again.
