What a great place! I arrived in Berlin after bikepacking from northern Denmark with a missing spoke and a very un-true back wheel. I had ridden the back wheel from about 250 km with 31 spokes because I had the spare spoke but couldn't remove the cassette to install it. 'Auch', the owner of Luft & Liebe, immediately took me into his care :) He quickly installed the spoke and trued the wheel (perfectly straight; I've since ridden ~1000km and it's still good) so I could be rolling again within 25 minutes. But that wasn't enough, then he offered me a beer and we sat and chatted for 40 minutes about cycling adventures :) So nice to get such quick and friendly service after a couple days of struggling with a wobbly back wheel on a fully loaded bike! I stopped over today when my bike chain came off right outside this store. The person in the store was kind enough to come and fix it without any charge. Lovely gesture.

Really great experience here. The guys are super friendly and helpful. Quickly explained what the issue was and helped me fix it. Prices are also very reasonable. Definitely coming back and can recommend to everyone!
