Super Service. Super Team

Needed some help with one of our bikes to start our Danube cycling journey and felt extremely unwelcome. Would not recommend this place for a service or if you are expecting any kind of customer service. There are many much much better options in the surrounding area. My husband’s earlier review was also responded to with a message from a lawyer claiming defamation, so you can imagine why this place has an average high rating.

We were bike packing across Europe and cracked a rim on the way to Ingolstadt. Tried three bike shops before Fahrrad Brenner and none of them could/would help us. Was a major problem with a public holiday the next day and accommodation booked 4 days ahead. The young guy who served us at Fahrrad Brenner was just so helpful it was really a stark contrast to all three other stores we asked for help. They had a stronger wheel in store, transferred my cassette over and had it all setup up and running perfectly within 45 minutes. Even gave us a couple of bottles of water while we waited. Aldo brought a couple of Ortlieb panniers they had in store to replace two that had also started giving us problems. They really saved us from major hassles having to rearrange accommodation and change all our plans. Cannot recommend them highly enough. You just have to use these guys for any of your biking issues.

I bought this bad boy a week ago. I had went there 3 times before the purchase to try it out and find out if it’s the perfect fit for me. Personal service was always on duty, very friendly and helpful, open to all my questions. I even managed to lower the price. Negotiations took place where i thought couldn’t. 4th time i went there i bought the thing and am i proud owner of it now. Great place for anything that has to do with bikes.

We have bought several bikes from here now and always received great advice and service. More specifically, I was recently looking for a new road bike and Amon helped source one from Cube with the higher end components in the frame size I was looking for. It was several weeks of effort for him to chase down the perfect bike for me but it was well worth the wait. Loving it so far and the local bike shop feel is important for me.
