We were there on the 29th of July and the drinks were good and reasonably priced. They had a metal night when we went and it was very enjoyable. The interior of the pub was very nice. What made the night even more enjoyable was the male bartender, he was very friendly and created a great experience for us. His english was very good which made us feel more welcome. He was also just very lovely in general. Overall a great experience and a great pub.

Awesome pub. We got some beers and slept in the appartement above. Even on karaoke night we slept like little babies.

My friends and I visited this restaurant on 22/06 at around 10:00 p.m., and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. One of the staff members was rude and dismissive from the beginning, even though we were polite and respectful. When we tried to place a second order, she told us that we should have ordered everything the first time and then asked us to leave the bar. There were no other customers at the time, which made her reaction even more surprising. The way we were treated made us feel unwelcome and singled out because we are from another country. Whether or not that was the intention, it left a very negative impression and completely ruined our visit. I’m leaving this review in the hope that the management takes customer service seriously and ensures that everyone is treated with courtesy and respect.

Great German food with generous portions, friendly atmosphere, and convenient parking During our visit to Bamberg, we were searching for a place that served German food, but many restaurants were closed for the summer break. We found Fassla Stubn on Google and decided to come for dinner. Although it’s primarily a pub, the food was excellent. We ordered schnitzel and schweinelende — both were delicious, with generous portions that everyone enjoyed. There are toilets available, and parking in the evening wasn’t an issue. We weren’t aware that the kitchen was closing at 9 p.m., and the cook seemed a bit annoyed by our late order, but the dishes were still well prepared and tasty. Overall, a great spot for a hearty German meal for a good price near Bamberg.

Great pub but they have only a few beer types to choose from. Drinks of course. Didn't eat but great atmosphere. Only cash, no cards.
