Popular slots fill quickly, so book early. German saunas and thermal baths have their own etiquette: most sauna areas are textile-free (no swimwear), you sit on your towel, you shower before every session, and the Aufguss, the attendant's steam ritual, runs to a posted timetable.

Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. For directions in Berlin, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

The space feels calm and welcoming, with a real zen setup that makes it easy to switch off from the city. I really like the little pantry area where people can have tea, it adds a cozy touch and makes it more like a community than just a place to take classes. The neighborhood is great too. Overall, it’s a lovely place to practice.

One of my favourite studios. The studio itself is really nice and doesn’t feel crowded even when the class is full. The teachers are lovely and there’s a good variety of classes. I would defo recommend 🙂

I recently attended the Animal Flow with Equihua EN class at Every Damn Day Yoga, and it was an incredible experience! The teacher was super supportive and created a motivating, positive atmosphere that made me feel welcomed. The session was intense—by the end, my T-shirt was completely soaked! Despite being challenging, it was highly rewarding. The small group size (just two students) made the class feel very personal and engaging. It’s a perfect blend of strength training, acrobatics, and pure life energy. I left feeling inspired and full of energy! However, be prepared—your shoulders and arms will definitely feel the burn the next day! Highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a unique and challenging workout. 5/5!

Great studio, clean and warm. They offer a variety of yoga, aerial yoga, meditation, and Pilates etc. I highly recommend the Ashtanga class with Javier. He’s a Great instructor and really helps with Adjusting formation. With each practice I feel more motivated and improved in my formation and flow. Best thing about the studio is that they provide mats so you only need to bring a towel and water.
