Booking and renting a car was extremely easy for a reasonable price. I rented from here twice in the same week and both times I had a great experience. The experience from the staff at Europcar was excellent. The check-in and check-out procedure was thorough, professional and efficient and I did not have to wait long to be attended to. A special thanks to Florin who was extremely professional and friendly and was able to reassure me on any reservations I had about the car or the booking!

I came in with my boyfriend as he was picking up a car that his company reserved for him. The car that was presented to him was totally different than the one the company requested. He showed them the email and all information about the reservation and they told him that’s it’s not true (well, how, when we literally had an email from his company in front of their noses?). They told him there are no other cars and if he doesn’t want this one, they will just cancel the reservation. Like that, no help, no looking for solution… As if they really don’t care what their clients think about them. We end up going to another company and I prefer to do it hundred times than deal with rudeness and lack of professionalism.
