I had a bad experience. Had all tyres changed from summer to winter tyres, left front wheel bolts were not fastened. Car made noises and was difficult to drive. Had to go and buy a cross wrench to tighten the bolts. Went back there to inform them that: 1) They charged me for a service they did not render. 2) They created a safety hazzard for me, my family and all other road users. 3) They did not own their mistake, but tried to fob me off by saying "das kann schon mal passieren", and that I signed a document that I need to tighten the bolts after the first 50km. They didn't seem to understand. 4) Customer centricity = 0. I will not be back. @Euromaster: you lost a loyal customer.

Had trouble with my car while passing through Ulm. Euromaster helped me out within the hour to determine the problem. They were not able to book me in for the repair but that was to be expected. Really helpfull and friendly staff.

We had a really really good experience! On our trip to Amsterdam we encountered some problems with our tires but they fixed it in less than an hour. In addition the staff was very friendly and nice. So we really recommend it!!!

I went for an oil and oil filter change and they replaced the filter wrongly. After some time I realized there was an oil leak and took the car to them. They said that there was oil everywhere and it was necessary to clean the engine previously. They do not do the cleaning so I had to go to other workshop where it was found that the oil filter was installed in such a bad way that oil poured.
