For anything on wheels, from a tyre change to a new vehicle, the basics apply: confirm the price up front, ask about the warranty on parts and labour, and get a receipt. Third-party insurance is compulsory, and the dealer will usually arrange the registration (Zulassung) and number plates for you. Busy periods are the tyre-change weeks in spring and autumn and the days before the summer holidays, and breakdown cover through ADAC or your insurer is worth having.

Opening hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–12 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Nürnberg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I came here to install new tires that I purchased through Check24. After the installation I was given the car back without being informed that their technicians were unable to properly balance two of the wheels. When I returned because of strong vibrations, I was told they had “forgotten” to mention it. During the conversation I was also told “we are in Germany, speak German” and they refused to continue communicating in English. I find this attitude towards customers unacceptable and disrespectful. I was advised by their staff to buy new rims because they claimed the existing ones could not be balanced. I then went to Felgenreparatur Nürnberg, where the technicians quickly identified that the issue was related to the center bore of the wheels. Using professional equipment they balanced the wheels perfectly without any repair. Mechanics: 3/5 Service advisor: 1/5

Update: the staff was changed, afterwards, it becomes my favorite again! Especially the master Rene, he is great! —————- I have been a loyal customer of Euro Master for over a decade, and until recently, it was the best garage for me. Unfortunately, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the entire staff was replaced. For exmaple, my most recent experience was not satisfactory. After the service, my car exhibited unusual behavior, and I wanted to understand the possible reason and ask if they could perform a quick check. However, one staff member's response was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional, which was disappointing. Thankfully, Mr. Schwarz, another staff member, was very kind and helped me resolve the issue. I hope they could improve in the future.
