I was at this service on 07/25/2024. The wheel alignment was done very well, but the plastic panel on the steering wheel was scratched. Most likely with the tool that holds the steering wheel straight, during wheel adjustment. For the wheel alignment - 5, the car is keeping the line on the high speed perfectly! For damage - 1. It is not acceptable. And so, the average is 3. It is also, fair to admit that my German is not so good. And all personnel spoke with me in English. It is fairly cool. Thank you for that! If the service employees are reading this, I advise you to put a soft material under the tool that holds the steering wheel straight, to avoid damaging the steering wheel for someone else in the future. In my case, I am very sorry, now I remember you guys every time I see these scratches on the steering wheel. ---------------------- Update 19.10.2024 I was contacted by the Euromater team with the proposal to send them all pictures, receipts and other proof of the damage and the fact that I visited that workshop. Thus I sent it almost 3 months ago. But to my unfortunate, I didn't receive any feedback. I even contacted the Euromaster team a few times by this address: kritik@

Been a customer here for two years with positive experiences. Very professional, high quality of work and excellent customer service each time I have visited. They are very popular and visited by many customers. Perhaps the only thing to comment negatively is that due to the popularity of this Euromaster, they are very busy. This means waiting times are long while changing tires and it takes time to get a time slot via online booking, during high season I recommend to book weeks ahead. Overall a strong recommendation from my side due to the quality of the work.

They have online reservation. When I came to the location, I was positively surprised that they also speak English. On a plus side is that there are tables inside so while you wait you can get a free coffee and wifi. Price-wise it's comparable to other similar services in the area of Berlin. I can only recommend 👌

Although the staff acted professionally, they did not properly inform me as to what was happening. I ordered a pair of tires and they said the tires would be 2 to 3 hours. When I returned, they told me 2 to 3 working days. When the tires finally arrived, they informed me that I needed to schedule an appointment to have them installed, even though I notified then I would return on Wednesday (the tires were ordered on Friday.) I have NEVER had to wait a week to have two tires installed.
