Salons, spas and fitness studios in Germany are best booked ahead, especially for evenings and Saturdays, and most now take bookings online or through WhatsApp as well as by phone. Agree the service and the price before you start, note that many salons close on Mondays, and tip 5-10% in cash if you are happy. Gyms usually ask for a 12- or 24-month contract, with the monthly rate falling the longer you sign up for, so read the cancellation clause.

Regensburg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around Regensburg is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

I had an amazing massage with Dimitris! He was very professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I could really feel the tension being released from my body, and afterward I felt incredibly relaxed, refreshed, and amazing. One of the best massage experiences I’ve had. I would definitely recommend Dimitris!

I had many treatments by Dimitris since 6 years now and I absolutely suggest you have at least one with him if you stay near his place. Who will trust his hands will have the opportunity to experience a very rare healing of body, mind, soul and spirit.

Such a nice experience! It was easy to book an appointment, and the prices are very reasonable. I have already booked my next appointment and I am really looking forward to it. Dimitri has a lot of knowledge about treatments.
