Can highly recommend renting a car from Enterprise. The pick-up and drop-off processes were very quick and smooth. The car was new and was handed over clean. I really enjoyed driving it as well.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I planned a 4-day vacation weeks in advance and had already booked all of my accommodation, which is non-refundable. I reserved my rental car one week in advance, so I expected my confirmed booking to be honored. Instead, I received a phone call only 4 hours before pickup telling me that they didn’t have a car available. How can a company accept confirmed reservations without ensuring a vehicle is available? Four hours is nowhere near enough time to find an alternative, especially during the holiday season. This is the second time this has happened to me at Enterprise Passau. As a regular customer with 500 Enterprise Plus points, I expected far better treatment. The experience became even worse because of the attitude of the staff. The lady I spoke with was rude, showed no empathy, and acted as if refunding my payment was a personal favor instead of simply returning my own money. There was no sincere apology and no effort to offer a solution. Because of Enterprise Passau’s last-minute cancellation, my entire vacation was put at risk and I was left dealing with the stress and potential loss of my non-refundable book

UPDATE: I'm disappointed by the generic response from the owner below. Before I even posted this review, they had already charged my credit card the full $1,200. I had already submitted formal disputes via phone and email, and escalated the case to corporate—all of which were unhelpful. Their public reply is purely performative damage control for their Google page. My warning stands: Avoid renting here. [ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW] Be wary; this place tries to SCAM you. They damage hunt and will keep your deposit. My husband and I rented a car here for a day trip to Berlin and upon return of the vehicle in Berlin were informed of a scratch and that our whole 1200 dollar deposit would be taken. We were surprised as the journey was uneventful and came back to inspect the car ourselves. The "scratch" was so low on the front bumper that it was basically on the undercarriage. I had to literally bend down to see it. No way I could have seen it on the initial walk-around. It was clearly present before our rental. The location and branch were completely unhelpful and unreasonable, because this is a regional branch corporate basically told us they can't help us. Obviously they do this to milk

The agent who helped me at Enterprise was very friendly. He gave me the feeling that he was really listening to my concerns. He made an honest effort to accommodate certain needs I had, which I truly appreciated!

I had a fantastic experience with this rental car company. The booking process was fast and straightforward, and the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. When I arrived, the pick-up was quick and hassle-free, and the car I received was clean, modern, and in perfect condition.
