Ich bin seit Anfang an bei Ammar und kann das Training nur loben und empfehlen! Ammar schaut immer sehr zuverlässig und achtet sehr gut auf alles, was man braucht und dass die Übungen richtig durchgeführt werden. Für mich als alleinerziehende Mama mit wenig Zeit ist das EMS Krafttraining die optimale Ergänzung zum Ausdauertraining, zu welchem ich manchmal gar nicht komme. Ich bin sehr gern beim Training und fühle mich hinterher immer sehr gut! Vor allem die kurze Entspannungsrunde zum Abschluss mit guter Musik ist immer sehr fein!

Der Trainer Ammar ist super motivierend. Der Raum ist hell und groß, ich freue mich jedes Mal aufs Training. Innerhalb weniger Wochen habe ich stabil Muskeln aufgebaut und meine Haltung hat sich sehr verbessert. Ich bin begeistert von diesem EMS hier, habe jahrelang woanders trainiert und kein Vergleich

Nach dem ersten Training verspürte ich große Freude, verbesserte Stimmung und einen Energieschub. Ich habe mich von einer traurigen Frau in eine fröhliche verwandelt. Nach jedem Training fühle ich mich wie Neugeboren. Ich habe meine Muskeln gut aufgebaut. Zuvor war ich inkontinent und derzeit geht es mir sehr gut. Ich hatte auch Bandscheibenvorfall. Mein Zustand hat sich stark verbessert. Es stimmt, dass EMS Training Wunder wirkt. Danke lieber Ammar, Barbara

Nach der Geburt meines Kindes war ich in einem schlechten körperlichen Zustand. EMS-Übungen mit Ammar veränderten meinen physischen Körper bereits nach 3 Monaten. Ich empfehle es jedem, auch Frauen nach der Schwangerschaft. Auch auf meine Psyche hatte das Training eine sehr positive Wirkung, da nicht nur die schwachen Muskeln gestärkt wurden, sondern auch die Haut, das Bindegewebe. Ich bin eine selbstbewusste Frau geworden. Meine Figur sieht sehr gut aus. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.
