My experience with Avalon Premium Cars Munich started with a very frustrating situation. After completing financing approval, signing the purchase documents, and spending considerable time progressing through the purchase process, I was informed that the vehicle I had selected was no longer available due to an internal inventory management error. Naturally, I was extremely disappointed and initially left a negative review reflecting that experience. What changed my opinion was the way Avalon handled the situation once management became aware of the issue. Rather than making excuses, they acknowledged the mistake, took responsibility, contacted me directly, and worked proactively to find a solution. The management team reviewed my case personally and offered to order a new vehicle with the agreed conditions while also providing a complimentary courtesy car until the new vehicle is delivered. Mistakes can happen in any business. What truly matters is how a company responds when something goes wrong. In my case, Avalon demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. For that reason, I have decided to update my review. While the original

I bought a used Volvo XC60 from Avalon Premium Cars GmbH. The entire purchase process was very professional, from the first contact. At this point I would like to especially thank to Mr. Rifat Saljic for all the help and support in purchasing the car. I am very satisfied with the car, it is really well maintained.

I supported my friend with purchasing a Volvo XC40 from this dealer. The contact person, Mr. Saljic, Rifat was kind and helpful. The communication was made via e-mail and by telephone in German. He presented himself as an expert who knew what he did. The information about the vehicle met its real status and equipments. I received all information for my friend so he had been able to make a good decision. The agreed price of the car was good. Although the administration on-site was quite long, my friend had been informed about every steps which were necessary to make.
