Terrible experience trying to exit this garage. For a 24 hour garage to have only one way to enter it as a pedestrian on a Sunday with no clear directions is infuriating. Then by the time we find the entrance, pay the ticket, go to leave the ticket gate isn’t won’t let us out even though we paid. We had to circle the garage multiple times and had to go back up to the pay terminal to pay more because it wouldn’t let us out.

2nd best options for parking in the city center. A bit costly around € 4 per hour But easily accessible. Free spots are available

Decent parking place, though expensive (3.5€/hour, for every starting hour. So for 4h 5min you pay 17.5€). The night entrance is impossible to find, everybody complains about this in the reviews but nobody wrote where it is! Use the entrance at Elisenstr 3 in the evening, it is open! Go to U2 with the elevator where you can pay (cash or card).

Parking here is ok. The entrance is wide but driving down is really narrow. Parking is nice and big for SUVs, big and small cars. Parking for women also. Exit is not signed well even where to find the pay machine. There is one in Elisenhof. UG2. Around the corner of Lidl and Müller. (See Fotos) Take the elevator and pay here first it’s easier than finding a payment machine inside. I don’t even know if there is any. Parking is so expensive this is while I only give two stars. Drive out is narrow and steep.

Attention! Ticket tiefes operate in this garage. I’ve lost my ticket here and after they spotted me searching for it, they approached me saying they have found my ticket but needed to pay 3€ for it. Being happy that I found the ticket, I gave them 3€ despite being 100% sure that I paid it already myself. The fun starts when I drove with my car to the exit and found out that the ticket I just “bought” is a false one. So, needed to pay 20€ for a lost ticket. In summary, 30 min of parking in this garage have cost me 26€.
