★★★☆☆ – Great Service, But Overpriced This store definitely knows what they're doing when it comes to finding the right electrical solutions – they’re very knowledgeable and go above and beyond, even searching multiple markets to get what you need. I also appreciated that they can communicate in multiple languages, which makes the experience smoother for a wider range of customers. However, I was really put off by the pricing. I noticed that something as simple as a cable was marked up by over 150%, which felt excessive. While the service is excellent, the value for money just isn’t there for me. If they adjusted their pricing to be more reasonable, this would be an easy 5-star experience.

Great to still find this kind of shops in Cologne. Professional staff. They know their business and can help with anything you need from electronics and electric equipment.

We walked into the store because our jacket zips had got stuck and the lovely gentleman helped us fix it with pliers and screw drivers. We are very grateful. Danke!
