Ich hatte angefragt, ob diese Firma meinen Hausanschluss in Baden-Württemberg anschließen kann. Antwort: kein Problem, machen wir, das müssen wir beantragen, sie hören von uns. Nach über zwei Monaten in denen ich nichts gehört habe, habe ich heute mal nachgefragt. Antwort: wir könne das nicht machen, der Aufwand es zu beantragen ist zu hoch. Danke für nichts!!! Das heißt also, die Firma hat sich in den letzten zwei Monaten nicht um unseren Anschluss gekümmert und wir stehen nun da und müssen einen neuen Elektriker suchen, die momentan alle mind. 12 Wochen Wartezeit haben. Bis dahin wollten wir eigentlich einziehen. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um!

Die Leute (Elektriker und die Damen am Telefon) waren nett, es wurde jedoch der Herd falsch angeschlossen so das es zu Fehlern kam, auch das der Elektriker nochmals kam, half nicht weiter, er bemerkte nicht das er den Herd direkt falsch angeschlossen hatte und meinte der Herd sei defekt und ich zahlte zweimal den Elektriker. Erst der Kundendienst des Herstellers bemerkte den Fehler.

Vielen Dank für die schnelle Hilfe! Auch wenn es nur eine Kleinigkeit war (Nagel in Wand und Stron war weg), hier wurde meine Mieterin ernst genommen und den Schaden innerhalb weniger Stunden behoben.
