Bin sehr zufrieden mit Graser. Haben für mich bei 2 Wohnungen (Kernsanierung Altbau) die Elektroinstallation gemacht. Beides sehr komplexe und anspruchsvolle Projekte im Bereich der Luxussanierung inkl. KNX/Smarthome und der Ansteuerung praktisch aller Wohnungsfeatures (Heizung/Klima/Befeuchtung/Dali-Lichtanlage/ Fenster/ Innenbeschattung etc). Projektsteuerung, Abstimmung mit Architektenteam und anderen Gewerken und Ausführung vor Ort - alles sehr gut. Insbesondere der noch recht junge Meister, Marcel Brech, ist die ideale Kombination aus fachlicher Expertise und handwerklichem Können. Auch die Architektinnen waren begeistert. Gottseidank bekommt das Handwerk noch solche Leute.

War sehr unzufrieden. Hohe Rechnung und extrem schlechtes Projektmanagement. Wäre unser Architekt nicht ständig vor Ort gewesen, hätten die Techniker nicht gewusst, was sie machen sollten (intern hat die Kommunikation nicht funktioniert). Fehler liegt im Übrigen nicht bei den jungen Technikern sondern am Fehlen eines Meisters vor Ort. Bei Fehlern standen dann zwei Angestellte herum und wussten nicht, was sie machen sollten (und telefonierten, telefonierten, telefonierten). Zur Ehrenrettung: die hinterlassene handwerkliche Leistung hat absolut gepasst. Nur der Zeitaufwand stand aus meiner Sicht nicht im Verhältnis zur Rechnung. Normalerweise arbeiten wir mit einem Meister vor Ort, der alles schnell und raffiniert löst. Kommt, sieht das Problem. Löst das Problem. Kein Telefonieren, herumstehen. Für mich das allerletzte Mal mit Graser.

Problem: a socket that didn't work after a previous replacement. The good: - Friendly and helpful booking team. - Knowledgeable electrician. - Fast & relatively clean. The bad: - Using an uninterested Azubi/trainee when not really needed and then charging for it. - Charging 45 minutes for travel time! - Electrician made an assumptions without considering the age of the property or previous tenants, hence coming across as very patronising. The whole job took 1 hour and 10 min, including a small fix to another socket. The time it took to explain to the trainee what he needs to do, the electrician could have done this himself. The travel time charge of 45 minutes is rather excessive, especially as their office is 7 min from out apartment. In total we were charged for two hours each for the Electrician and the trainee. Total 260 Euros for this, out of which 30 Euros was materials. In the end, the socket now works, but has left me feeling patronised and cheated because of the excessive cost. Should I need an electrician again, I will be looking elsewhere next time.
