I went last week to get a haircut without an appointment, and the waiting time was minimal. Although my German skills are not fluent, the barber made an effort to understand how I wanted my haircut. I forgot to ask the barber's name, but I walk past this shop on my way home, and he is always wearing a beanie. This guy truly takes the time needed for a quality haircut, and the overall experience was good. The cost of the haircut was fair and I will definitely come back!

Horrible experience. The hairdresser showed no care at all during the service. At the wash station, she even pulled my hair and didn’t provide a cape, leaving my clothes soaked. While styling, she wasn’t gentle at all and didn’t seem concerned about damaging my hair. She combed it so forcefully that it actually caused pain. I strongly advise avoiding this place, you can get a much more professional and respectful service for the same price elsewhere.

It was the worst haircut I've had in 15 years. I don't plan on going back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I wanted to get my hair cut short, but the person who cut it didn't even separate my hair by the roots. He didn't cut it in layers. It didn't even take 10 minutes. He just cut it haphazardly with scissors. Wanting your hair short doesn't mean grabbing scissors and cutting it short. If someone doesn't know that, they shouldn't be working as hairdressers. I've had a style for 15 years, but thanks to the stylist here, I'm back to a sheared sheep.

I have been here and to quiet a few other places myself in munich for haircut in the last 7 months. After All the other places I tried where kind of in hurry or least bothered about the haircut .This place is quite good accessible and am satisfied with there customer service. People here know how to work and behave professionally.Price is affordable too so I would stick around.
