I visited Eiscafe Fontana with my wife and wanted to have some gelato in the café. When I ordered gelato from the display counter, the staff member asked whether I wanted to eat it in the café or take it away. I said we would eat it there. The staff member then told me, in a rather rude and unfriendly manner, that gelato from the display counter could only be taken away, and that if we wanted to eat inside, we could only order items from the menu. I was not aware of this arrangement, and I think it could have been explained politely and clearly. Unfortunately, the staff member's tone and attitude made us feel very unwelcome. What I found particularly unpleasant was that, after the gelato had already been served, the staff member put it back into the gelato cone. My wife and I decided to leave and went instead to CiCo Gelateria Artigianale. The gelato there was delicious, and more importantly, we were treated with courtesy and respect. The issue was not the café's policy itself — it was the way the policy was communicated and the attitude towards customers. I hope the management can pay more attention to customer service.

Had a very good experience in this Cafe, especially with their staff, Habib! Great customer service and foods taste good 🍝❤️

I’m just walk in looking for ice cream yet look at the menu found the food I wanna eat. When settle down. The pretty sweet waitress asked us to move further in coz too close to the entrance and cold. Warm my heart ❤️. She recommend us the wine and it’s perfect matching. Keep it up.🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Primal location: right at the start of the old bridge. Perfect spot to stop by for ice creams drinks or food! We ordered ice cream in a small cup, you can choose three scoops for a small cup: we ordered walnut and fig, nature yogurt and berry sorbet. All flavors taste amazing! We also ordered one piece of tiramisu, not too sweet with plenty of mascarpone cheese cream! Loved it However this is at a primal location so their price is higher than other part of the city.

We walked into the center of the area near the fountain and noticed people sitting at dining tables with a wide variety of colorful and beautifully crafted foods: ice cream sundaes, pizzas, salads, pastas, and more. I was a bit perplexed where to order, or how to get a table, and the waiter helped me. Thank you! We were given a table outside almost immediately. There are a few different menus. I had the shrimp scampi linguini, grapefruit cocktail, and hazelnut ice cream (I was hungry). Service and food were excellent. I was also please with the speed of service. 🙏
