Easy to use once other people helped me realize it wasn't starting because the door was not firmly shut. It said I hadn't paid but I had. It was the door creating the issue. Wish the error message was more accurate but the machines worked well and the price was good. 4.5 euros for wash and 1.5 for 15 minutes of drying. Parking on the street as a foreigner was a little confusing. There are apparently these cardboard passes and you put in the time that you got there so they can tell when you're 4 hours are up. My rental car didn't have one so like I helped me out to write a note saying what time I had arrived and I put that in the window.

Using Google translate (and friendly locals) I was able to wash my clothing so I didn't pack dirty clothes when traveling back to the states. You can buy soap, too! No way to really shorten the wash time, so don't start washing at 10 pm, you will not be able to dry them because it will not allow you to put money in to use the dryer after 10 and at 11, the lights turn off. Pricier than in the states, but worth it!

Clean facility. Reasonable instructions in both German and English languages. Soap dispenser is a challenge. I suggest that you bring a store bought detergent. The place could use a drink vending machine, I'd love a beer while I wait.

Honestly, this place was amazing because it's easy, cheap, and convenient. There are 16 washing machines and 6 dryers, so unless you're really unlucky, you will find machines available pretty much anytime. I tend to do two loads (color and black) and that's about €5 total. The dryer is €1.5 per 15 min, and usually you need 30 min (the machine is very specious so you basically only need one machine). More importantly, you can pay with coins, bills, visa/Master card, Google/Apple pay, so it's extremely convenient. The place has its own detergent dispensary and that's extra cost, but you can always bring your own detergent. I was a bit unsure about the instructions because I've noticed there's a lot of variance across counties and laundries. This one is so simple I already rate it top of my list (see pictures). The instructions are in German and English, so you really have no trouble at all. Caveat: avoid machine number 15. I have seen people having trouble with this machine twice already (it washes but it does not pump the water out, causing an error message that often implies one has to restart the whole thing)

It's easy to understand how to use the machines, you just have to look at the graphics on the wall on how to use. It accepts paper money and coins. It's easy, even a non german can understand it.
