Durch die vielen positiven Bewertungen bin ich am Dienstag aufmerksam geworden und war im Reisebüro.. Ich war sehr überrascht wie aufmerksam Ebru war ... Sie hat mich sehr zuvorkommend und liebevoll bedient und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt sodass ich mich auf meine gebuchte Reise im September sehr freue.. Das ist bereits meine zweite Reise, die ich bei Ebru gebucht habe – und ich bin wieder absolut begeistert! Vom ersten Moment an fühlt man sich bestens betreut und verstanden. Ebru nimmt sich viel Zeit, geht individuell auf alle Wünsche ein und plant jede Reise mit viel Herz und Liebe zum Detail. Sowohl Istanbul als auch Antalya waren perfekt organisiert und einfach unvergesslich. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Erfahrung und Leidenschaft zusammenkommen. Ein riesiges Dankeschön von Herzen! Ich kann Ebru uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – wer eine stressfreie und perfekt geplante Reise möchte, ist hier genau richtig. ✈️🌴

Kurze vor weg kein internet Portal konnte uns weiter helfen bezüglich unsere wunschvorstellung da wir kurzfristig gebucht haben. Was mich vorallem beeindruckt hat war das sich die nette Dame so viel zeit genommen hat um eine lösung zu finden damit wir als familie zufrieden sind. Absolute Empfehlung gehn raus und ganz liebe grüße auch an ihre Kollegin aus Hannover. Und vorallem war das Reisebüro deutlich günstiger. Danke für alles.
