Real estate services in Bayern range from small neighbourhood agencies to national chains and property managers (Hausverwaltungen). For purchases the agent fee is typically split between buyer and seller and comes on top of the land transfer tax and notary costs, so ask for all fees in writing. Apartment buyers should read the recent owners' meeting minutes and check the reserve fund. For industrial and commercial premises, check zoning, utilities and access before signing anything.

Opening hours have not been published for this listing yet. Most businesses of this type in Augsburg keep standard hours, but call ahead to be sure, especially on the weekly Ruhetag, on Sundays and over the Christmas and Easter holidays. The listed phone number is 0821 4504330. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. More information is available on its website, schwaben.digital.

Augsburg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Alles in allem “a great place to work“.
