Eating out in Germany runs from a quick Döner at an Imbiss to a long evening in a Gasthaus, and a listing like this one is best judged on freshness, turnover and how consistent the reviews are rather than on decor. Lunch menus (Mittagstisch) are usually the best value, menu prices already include 19% VAT and service, and many kitchens close between lunch and dinner. Bakeries open early and are the one shop you can count on for a Sunday morning.
The business lists hours on 2 days of the week. Typical hours are 12:00–22:00. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 030 71093400. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is dump-ling.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.4 out of 5 from 1,031 reviews, which is a strong result for a chinesisch in Berlin and suggests consistent service.
Berlin is in the state of Berlin, the capital and largest city of Germany; summers are warm, winters grey and cold with occasional snow, and the dense U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus network puts most businesses within a few minutes' walk of a stop. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Really sorry to say but the food was at best mediocre. Highlight was the boiled dumpling with chicken, but the skin of the Xiao long bao was really thick. It’s popular and crowded.

Amanda my restaurant. Great selection food. Came here for the dumplings but found out that had ramen as well and I couldn’t pass that up. Staff are super friendly and speak a great selection of languages. If you’re in Berlin definitely check this place out for food.

Absolutely my favorite spot for dim sum in Berlin and honestly, the best in Germany. I visit regularly and the food is always consistently delicious. The dim sum and noodle soups are comforting and full of flavor. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating such a warm atmosphere every time. Highly recommended!

We started with number (5) “liang ban niu”, a cold meat served with cold marinated oil, sesame, sauce and cilantro, which was a fantastic start. Then we tried “wontons shrimp” (34), with its hot oil and water, and fresh onions on top, we witnessed an amazing flavor. Then we ordered “Ban Mian” meat (22), which was the best noodle soup I’ve ever had in my life. It was a dish I really didn’t want to end. Finally, we finished with “Shui Jiao” (33). It was a beautiful example of the simple meeting of meat and dough. I always come here and recommend it to everyone.

One of the best Chinese food restaurants in Berlin. You need to take their famous hot noodles in a cold winter! The spicy level can be modified according to your preference. All you need to know is that all starters are delicious. I love the cucumbers and beef shanks most. Dont worry, you can also order a glass of chardonnays to add on more flavor.
