Netter Service in der Deutschen Post/DHL Annahmestelle. Ich hatte jetzt schon zwei Retouren abzugeben und beide gingen nett und freundlich über die Bühne.

Heute konnte ich zum zweiten Mal mein Paket nicht abgeben, der genau Wortlaut der Dame war "wir sind zu voll das Ordnungsamt war da und hat unserem Chef eins auf den "Deckel" gegeben. Normalerweise macht mir das nichts und ich bin sehr verständnisvoll aber heute hatte ich ein großes, schweres 5kg Paket dabei und und kleinkind an der Hand... auf bitten und betteln drücke die Dame noch auf die Tränen Drüse... Nein dafür habe ich kein Verständnis dann lasst das mit der Post sein wenn Sie sie Räumlichkeiten nicht dazu haben. Das wäre wie.. Wenn ein Friseur eine Haarwäsche anbietet aber kein Wasser hat!!!! Bitte schließt die Post in eurem Laden dann haben wir alle Ruhe!!!

Es werden nicht nur Tabakwaren, sondern auch Drucksachen (Zeitschriften, Kreuzworträtsel) und allerlei Kleinigkeiten zum Verkauf angeboten. Sie können einen Kaffee trinken. Und wenn Sie einen Brief versenden müssen, können Sie ihn einfach dem Verkäufer geben.

Ein Hallo und Auf Wiedersehen ist Zuviel verlangt wenn man ein Päckchen abgibt. Kundenfreundlichkeit -5. Dazu noch spitze Kommentare gepaart mit einem Hauch Arroganz. Man fühlt sich direkt schlecht aufgehoben... nein danke... Hoffentlich kommt wenigstens das Paket heil und unbeschädigt an.
