I saw a wonderful female dentist today, she spoke excellent English and provided clear treatment advice. I would highly recommend ! Especially if you don't speak much German!

Sehr freundlicher Zahnarzt - fühle mich als Patient sehr wohl. Die Behandlungen waren immer kurz und effektiv und auch (für einen Zahnarzttermin) recht schmerzfrei. :)

Habe den Zahnarzt als Notdienst kennengelernt. Wartezeit war kurz, Empfangsdame freundlich. Nach dem Anmelden wurde mir ein Zettel gebracht, den ich ausfüllen sollte, wegen der Rechnung. Ich hab daraufhin erklärt, dass es nur provisorisch gemacht werden soll und ich nicht nachvollziehen kann, warum dafür eine Rechnung gestellt werden soll. Erklärung gabs keine, aber ok, dann doch nicht den Zettel ausfüllen. Passt. Danach im Behandlungszimmer sollte ein Röntgen gemacht werden soll. Ohne das Vorab der Arzt drauf geschaut hat und ohne Begründung warum. Wieder auf Nachfrage keine Erklärung. Nachdem ich das Abgelehnt hatte, war der Zahnarzt Besuch dann auch beendet. War heute bei einem anderen Zahnarzt, der hat das Wort Röntgen nicht mal erwähnt..

Nachdem ich bestimmt 30 Zahnärzte weit und breit angerufen habe, dass mir ein Zahn abgebrochen ist und ob es denn möglich wäre, dass ich deswegen Heute vorbei kommen könnte, war dies die einzige Praxis die einen ohne Probleme gerne aufnahm. Ich war dann dort und habe mich sofort wohl, ernst genommen und verstanden gefühlt. Man wird sehr gut beraten und ist ein Mensch dort, nicht eine Nummer. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Arzt überzeugt mit seinem Fachwissen und ist ebenfalls ein sehr freundlicher Mensch. Ich werde nun, da es nötig ist, die nächste Zeit dort in Behandlung gehen und in Zukunft wird das meine neue Zahnarztpraxis sein. Ich empfehle diese Praxis auf jeden Fall mit dem tollen Team und dem Top Zahnarzt.
