Der MBSR Kurs war sehr gut. Frau Dr. Iris Lemke ist eine unglaublich liebevolle und angenehme Trainerin. Ich konnte in dieser Zeit sehr viel über mich selbst lernen und nehme viele Dinge für meinen Alltag mit. Vielen Dank für die Erfahrung!

Der MBSR‑Kurs unter der Leitung von Frau Dr. med. Iris Lemke ist sehr empfehlenswert. Ihre ruhige, klare und einfühlsame Art schafft eine vertrauensvolle Atmosphäre, und ihre fachliche Expertise macht die Inhalte besonders fundiert und praxisnah. Der MBSR Kurs war sehr sehr lehr- und hilfreich. Die Räume sind sehr gemütlich und die Teilnehmer waren alle total sympathisch & nett und bei Iris fühlt man sich sofort gut aufgehoben. Die Teilnahme hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt und ich kann diese nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Der MBSR-Kurs war sehr gut vorbereitet, mit Hingabe durchgeführt und fand auch noch in einem schönen Ambiente abseits vom Alltag statt. Er wirkt - jetzt nach mehreren Monaten - immer noch positiv nach und veränderte etwas zum Guten. Klar ist, man sollte unbedingt die gelernten Übungen fortsetzen, aber der Kurs sorgte bei mir für die nötige Motivation. Herzlichen Dank an Iris und ihre Kollegin, die hier wirklich etwas Besonderes anbieten.

Ich habe jetzt im Sommer den MBSR Kurs von Iris Lemke besucht. Ein toller Achtsamkeitskurs eine magische Atmosphäre. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. An einem wunderschönen Ort in Tirol wurde von Iris Lemke und ihrer Kollegin ein mehrtägiger Kurs in MBSR angeboten. Die hervorragende Zusammenstellung von Übungen und Informationen ermöglichten ein freundlichst und hochkompetent begleitetes Lernen und Sich-Einlassen auf Achtsamkeit. Ein Geschenk für das Leben und eine Bereicherung in der Anwendung bei sich selbst und Anderen. Danke!!!
