On my recent visit to the practice - and on previous visits - I have always felt I was in good hands. Dr Winzer and the staff were friendly and efficient, and made great efforts to assist with my lack of good German and fear of needles. Highly recommend.

I am more than happy with the treatments, information, service and staff - they have been super helpful every time. The clinic is nice and comfortable and the staff is really friendly :-) I have been a patient for many years, receiving treatment for my allergies. Can definitely recommend.

With the onset of a large breakout on my skin, I came for Kurz-Sprechstunde. While the first attempt I was sixth (they only had five slots), my next attempt I was able to be seen. Dr. med. Winzer did an inspection and asked a few questions, and arranged an initial prescription with a follow up appointment to see how it responds. Very efficient and kind! My advice— 1- Arrive early if you do not have an appointment, and check the door to see the posting of how many people they are accepting that day. This way you are not waiting for a long time only to realize they didn’t have this spot open. I recommend arriving 90 minutes before the opening time. (A small price to pay to be seen on demand.) It is not worth rating them poorly because you decided to ignore the limitations that they are upfront and honest about! 2- Come with basic German skills or a translated description of what’s going on, to start at the front. Not all staff speak English— this is Germany, after all!

I’m not going there ever again! Very resist and impolite receptionist. She told me to come back again the next day. They open at 08:00, and she can take me without appointment if I’d be before 08:00 I was there 7:30, People were waiting outside. When my turn came she said sorry we took 3 people today and We can’t take you. I was the fourth. She started to yell at me for telling her that she should’ve never lied to me about this. It’s hard to find the right person to represent you. I strongly recommend the doctor to hair better representative / receptionist for his Praxis. You should always be polite and behave respectively towards all your patients. Although i was speaking in German with them. I wrote this review in English so that everyone can understand.
