Bring your Versichertenkarte; without cover you pay the full amount. Outside surgery hours dial 116 117 for the on-call doctor, and in an emergency 112 for an ambulance.

Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.

I've been very happy for many years! We mostly see Frau Dr. Aumann but the other doctor is also great! My elderly cat couldn't have better care!

Very reasonable prices and excellent veterinary care. The first veterinary doctor to ever have recommended*not* to have an expensive procedure done, said it wasn't worth the stress on our pet, as it was overall cosmetic rather then medically necessary (our older dog has a wart on her face). We also use them for our Nagetiere, and really trust their expertise.

This was the nicest vet visit I ever had. The doctor was very nice and calm, she was very careful with my cat and gave very honest advices! We spoke in English which made the appointment much easier. I definitely recommend this place!!!
