Nachdem ich selbst Ärztin bin und mit Zeit gut haushalten muss, weiß ich es sehr zu schätzen, dass ich bei Frau Kollegin Grandel in Augsburg nicht lange warten musste, kompetentes und freundliches Personal am Telefon und auch bei Frau Grandel eine liebenswürdige, fachkundige Kollegin als Ansprechpartnerin hatte. Schnell hatte ich Klarheit über meinen radiologischen Befund und musste kein langes Kopfkino mit mir herumtragen. So etwas ist leider heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich und ich kann hier nur eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen. Vielen Dank!

Dr. Grandel ist eine sehr gute Marke. Aber es gibt keinen Werksverkauf in Augsburg. Der hier beschriebene Werksverkauf ist Fake. Es gibt definitiv keinen Lager- oder Werksverkauf - nirgends. Große Drogeriemärkte führen die Produkte oder im Online-Shop von DR. GRANDEL.

Großartiger Kundenservice. Ich habe mir vor einigen Tagen eine Creme bestellt, die ich leider nach 3 Tagen entgegen meiner Annahmen nicht vertragen habe. Nachdem ich eine Email an das Dr. Grandel Team gesendet hatte, kam prompt am nächsten Tag ein Anruf mit einer sehr netten Dame, die mir nicht nur ohne wenn und aber versicherte, dass ich die angebrochene Creme zurückschicken kann, sondern, dass mein Anliegen an deren Kosmetikabteilung geht und mir andere Proben zum testen geschickt werden um herauszufinden was ich gut vertrage und was nicht. Das ist mit Abstand der Beste Service, den ich bis jetzt von einem Kosmetikhersteller erleben durfte. Dafür am liebsten 6 Sterne.
