Ich durfte Dmitrijs beruflichen und künstlerischen Weg über Jahre beobachten. Er ist ein leidenschaftlicher Maler und Musiker, er atmet Kunst und Kreativität. Seine Bilder beeindrucken mit Komplexität der Figuren und Metaphern, durch die man beim aufmerksamen Betrachen lange wandern kann. Er hat sich in verschiedenen Techniken ausbilden lassen und sie prägen bestimmte Abschnitte seines Lebens, in denen einzelne Bildreihen entstanden. Auch als Kunstpädagoge ist er aktiv und gibt sein Können weiter - zur wahren Begeisterung derjenigen, die das Glück hatten, bei ihm zu lernen. Viel erfolgreiches Schaffen, Dmitrij!

Seit Beginn seiner Karriere als Künstler beobachte ich den Werdegang von Dmitrij Schurbin mit großer Begeisterung. Bei ihm sind Kunst und Können keine Gegensätze. Egal in welcher Technik er sich ausdrückt, das Ergebnis zeigt immer den hohen Stand des Könnens. Dass ein so junger Künstler schon seine ganz eigene Bildsprache hat und sie in Perfektion einsetzen kann, beeindruckt mich immer wieder. Ich werde seine weitere Entwicklung mit großem Interesse im Auge behalten.

Toller Künstler. Diese Stimmung in den Bildern ist einzigartig und macht neugierig das Bild genau zu betrachten. Was mich bei seinen Bildern fasziniert ist auch die Geschichte dahinter. Ich könnte den ganzen Tag vor einem Bild sitzen und überlegen, was will Dmitrij uns damit sagen. Und je mehr man schaut, umso mehr ist man gefesselt
