To that one lady who works there, if you dont want to have this Job then just quit ^^ no one has to tolerate your rudeness and sarcasm. THE WORST DM EVER IN GERMANY. very poor employee Quality. 10 out of 10 not recommend :D!!!!

Bad very bad market and the employees are impolite specially in dm das gerber Stuttgart at 11.00 am 11.01.2022 an employee said to a customer who asked politely about something she told him to get out of there infront of all other customer so stupid so unprofessional very bad staff really very bad it is not her fault it is her boss fault .if it happened with me i would call the police .

Most rude staff I ever experienced in my life.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 At first I had no cash for a bag but the cashier didn’t tell me there are two different kinds of bags. Instead of asking me what kind of bag I want ( paper was more expensive than plastic) she automatically charged me for a plastic bag. I paid 10 cent with my credit card. Right after I figure out about the paper ones, so she charged me again 5 cent for the preferred paper option. Already frustrating to waste my time like that just because of her lack of communication…but than it became super crazy! She already swiped my card three times (!) When I was finally ready to leave the store, she suddenly holds me back again and told me to show her the credit card again!! She wants to check the signature ( why didn’t she do it before?!? ) I handed it out again and she couldn’t recognize my signature anymore, so I had to give her my id to compare the name. After she proofed the same name she than said she actually has the right to call the police now!!!! Excuse me what???!! 😳😳😳 I seriously couldn’t trust my ears! This rude, absolut narcissistic girl obviously tried to give me such a hard time and purpose and even threatene

Huge store including a great kids area with a public diper changing station. The variety of goods is good, however there are almost no budget labels are presented and the focus is rather on the middle to upper price scale goods.
