Salons, spas and fitness studios in Germany are best booked ahead, especially for evenings and Saturdays, and most now take bookings online or through WhatsApp as well as by phone. Agree the service and the price before you start, note that many salons close on Mondays, and tip 5-10% in cash if you are happy. Gyms usually ask for a 12- or 24-month contract, with the monthly rate falling the longer you sign up for, so read the cancellation clause.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 9 am–6 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 0911 225078. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Nürnberg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. German addresses put the street name before the house number, followed by the five-digit postcode and the town, as in "Marienplatz 8, 80331 München". The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Absolute Empfehlung!

Finally found a good hair salon in Nuremberg. Went on my friend’s recommendation and they lived up to it. I opted for a Cut & Go. Dilek made sure I got what I wanted. She doesn’t speak English but her team was very cooperative in helping and translating especially Darin. They also do men’s haircut. My friend had accompanied me and Dilek really did magic to his hair :)

Absolutely one of the best Hair Salons! Dilek is amazing at her work and understands every customer's needs and preferences perfectly. Her team's hospitality is also commendable. They make sure that you feel the comfort of home as well as the professionalism of a hair salon with additional styling tips. I look forward to visiting them again in the future. 🙌
