Ich hatte eine Hose ändern zu machen und bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Preis ist auch in Ordnung für die Arbeit :)

Reperatur Lohnt sich - Hatte ein Loch u. eine Abgerissene Lasche an meiner Jacke, war innerhalb einer Woche fertig und genial gelöst, sodass das Loch nun gar nicht mehr sichtbar ist. Das ganze zu einem super Preis von 8€! Die Dame war zudem sehr freundlich.

Nachdem ich mehrmals solide und gute Arbeit von dieser Schneiderei bekam muss ich beim letzten Auftrag (alte US-Army-Jacke) leider 0 Punkte geben. Zum Hergang: Kleidungsstück im Februar '17 abgegeben, der Hinweis erfolgte, dass es länger dauern könnte, da viele Aufträge abzuarbeiten wären - nun gut. Einige Wochen gewartet, im März nachgefragt, wieder der Hinweis man wäre sehr ausgelastet aber der Auftrag würde bald erledigt sein. Mitte Mai, gut 2,5 Monate (!) nach Auftragserteilung dann unverrichteter Dinge die Jacke abgeholt. Es ist verständlich dass man überlastet sein kann, das zeugt ja auch von hoher Kundenzufriedenheit usw. ABER: Einen Auftrag derart auf die lange Bank zu schieben ohne einen Rückruf an den Kunden zu tätigen ist schlichtweg unprofessionell.

Meine teure schon abgeschriebene Jacke wurde fachmännisch repariert, so dass man keinen Schaden feststellen kann. Einfach toll!!! Dazu kommt noch voll die super nette Schneiderin.
