Very rude receptionist. Long queue. For a reserved Termin at a specific time point I have to wait more than 2 hours to get only a Bescheid - at last still cannot get any consultation nor treatment so I have to cancel my Termin!!! Small waiting room for too much appointments. Total waste of time.

The behavior of the blonde, short-haired woman at the reception was extremely inappropriate. Because I am not German, she didnt even answer my questions. She didnt allow me to sit and rest, and she spoke to me in a very rude manner.

I’ve been going to this practice for a year now and have only had good experiences with them, and I’ve been sick multiple times in the past year—they’ve been kind, professional and helpful. Receptionists can be brusque but so far never rude.

Very rude women in reception and disrespectful, blonde wish short hair.. didn’t has any empathy with patients. Refused to give me an appointment today.
