Eating out in Germany runs from a quick Döner at an Imbiss to a long evening in a Gasthaus, and a listing like this one is best judged on freshness, turnover and how consistent the reviews are rather than on decor. Lunch menus (Mittagstisch) are usually the best value, menu prices already include 19% VAT and service, and many kitchens close between lunch and dinner. Bakeries open early and are the one shop you can count on for a Sunday morning.

Its Google rating stands at 2.4 out of 5 from 539 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.

Nürnberg is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. For directions in Nürnberg, Google Maps and the DB Navigator app cover public transport times and walking routes, and most towns have well-marked cycle lanes. Local transport tickets must be bought or validated before boarding, and parking near busy streets is limited and metered.

Basically don’t go there if you are a foreigner, not under 18, not with a girl you will spare yourself time talking with a guy who thinks he is somebody important and has some « power ». Just go somewhere else and enjoy your night. This place is just for local under age people who spend no money in this club. 👍

I’d like to make sure I publically explain that this place is racist. I’m warning folks who are POC to stay away from this poor establishment. We tried to get in last night and security immediately stopped us at the door and told us no entry. We asked why multiple times because we were confused, while he was clearly letting white folks in through the door. All he kept saying was not here, we have to go and we weren’t allowed to come in. It’s disgusting, and your club is a disappointment. I hope you all go in debt and shut down.

It was an okay experience. Not exceptional. Was a bit nervous reading the reviews about how racist they are. But it was fine. Guess I got lucky. They didn’t have a bunch of drinks on the menu. I think it was student night so the crowd seemed mostly young but some geriatric men definitely made it in. They also closed earlier than the hours indicated. Around 3am instead of 5. This was on a Tuesday. Note: There is coat check that you have to pay for and they only accept cash.

We tried to enter the club and were denied entry solely because we are not from Germany. No other reason was given, and we were respectful and properly dressed. Discrimination based on nationality is unacceptable and extremely disappointing, especially in a place that should promote inclusivity and diversity. Avoid if you expect fair treatment.

As a joke, this club excels. Sometimes the cheeseburger in your bag is for later, but the door staff at Die Bombe refused this premise. You would think that they might take a laissez-faire attitude toward food since they do not serve it, but alas! Your burger, carefully wrapped and stowed for an end-of-the-night feast, can only enter the club if it is in your stomach. The door staff is terse, even refusing small talk as the business crumbles from a lack of patronage. I suppose they were professional enough: one must always keep vigilant, as cheeseburgers lurk around every corner awaiting their chance to storm the premises. In the barest sense, Die Bombe is a functional bar. Maybe Bavarians are sick of good beer? No matter. The liquor was flowing if you knew what to order. Some shots seemed to share an alcohol content with children's cold medicine. Chalk it up to cultural differences, but tequila calls out for a lime wedge, not a lemon wedge. However, the bartenders were attentive and prompt. As the crowd grew to critical mass (adopting the appearance of a primary school class's recess period), desperation on the dance floor became palpable. This is truly Die Bombe's best attrib
