The doctors are friendly, caring, and dedicated to every patient. My daughter has been hospitalized several times, and I have nothing but good things to say; I was very satisfied, and my daughter felt safe as well. She was in the Garten Station.

Our daughter Maya, 6y, needed an emergency hospital treatment today due to an accident. Visiting Germany for the holidays, without familiarity with German language, we were treated by all personnel and medical staff at the highest level of professionalism and care. It should be noted that we didn't experience any delays while waiting , all processes were fast. Special gratitudes to receptionist who was more than friendly and accomodated and to our doctor, Julia, for being so caring to Maya and professional at top level!! Credits also to responsible in x-rays who (she) was on call and was in the hospital within half an hour, as promised. Thank you again so much!! Sincerely, Loukas Christou

House of horror. Both, regular and pediatric. You got to be very lucky to get to a friendly and competent receptionist. We saw 2 different doctors at the ER, the doctors letter filled with wrong information due to lack of attention/ interest and switch between doctors. Sending you to get a copy of your x-rays after the department has been closed for the day and ask you to return the following day (this will be the 3rd day in a row for me). Mind you, I'm native speaker in German, so they should not have such difficulties understanding and handling me, or in this case my son. This hospital is NOT trustworthy!!!

The doctors are very friendly and informative. They took time by every visit to sit and talk about what was going on with my daughter. Much more so were the nurses at the Zirkus station. Wonderful women who were very helpful and did anything possible to make our stay more comfortable. Some of the friendliest people I’ve met! They all definitely deserve respect!

This place was a huge disappointment. After waiting almost two months for an appointment that took, literally, less than one minute, I had to wait over an hour for my son to be seen. After about 35 minutes, I asked how much longer I might expect to wait and was regarded quite rudely, as if it was ridiculous to inquire about such a long wait. There were 3 or 4 ladies behind the reception desk and, despite being the only one in the waiting room for at least a half hour, nobody took a moment to express their apologies or attempt to find out what the hold up was. I understand appointments can go longer than expected and mess up the schedule a bit, but over an hour is unreasonable, especially without explanation.
