Der Laden existiert nicht mehr. In der App wird aber angezeigt mein Paket wäre auf den Weg dort hin. Seit 1 Woche. Seitdem bitte ich DHL um Unterstützung, aber nichts kommt. Funkstille. Ich rufe an täglich, ich habe das Problem geschildert mit Fotos, ich habe Beschwerden eingelegt, ich bin alle offiziellen Wege gegangen. Egal was ich tue. Weiter Funkstille. Die Inhalte des Pakets sind unersetzbar und ich habe keine Ahnung wo es hin verschwunden ist. Denn hier sicherlich nicht. Ist der Shop umgezogen?

Zeitverschwendung pur – Willkür statt Service! Wer Lust auf einen unfreiwilligen Spaziergang mit schweren Paketen hat, ist hier genau richtig! Dieser „Paketshop“ ist an Unzuverlässigkeit kaum zu überbieten. Schon vor Monaten stand ich vormittags um 10 Uhr vor verschlossener Tür. Man denkt sich: „Okay, Einzelfall.“ Aber heute um 19 Uhr genau das gleiche Spiel – einfach niemand da!!! Die offiziellen Öffnungszeiten scheinen hier eher eine unverbindliche Empfehlung zu sein. Es ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit, Kunden wie Bittsteller vor der Tür stehen zu lassen.

Würde am liebsten gar kein Stern vergeben, warum gibt man Öffnungszeiten an an die sich nicht gehalten werden und allgemein was ist das für ein Zustand in diesem Laden. Wer definitiv nie wieder mehr in diesen Laden gehen

Dss Paket war wichtig und wir haben es deswegen im Paktshop eingeliefert. Leider war das ein kompletter Misserfolg. Das Porto wurde zu hoch berechnet und dennoch wurde das Paket wegen verletzter "Versandbedinungen" nicht zugestellt, sondern wieder an uns zurückgeschickt. Wir hoffen, das es wieder heil ankommt. Nächtes Mal nur noch online. Auf einer Skala von 1-5 eindeutig -5! DHL sollte dem Geschäft die Lizenz enziehen.

UNZUVERLÄSSIG!! Mein Paket sollte am Montag 21.07.2025 in diese Filiale gebracht werden. Der Sendungsstatus hat sich seitdem nicht verändert, sodass ich die gesamte Woche bis einschließlich den 26.07.2025 mit DHL telefonieren musste wo mein Paket ist. Am 25.07.2025 19:30 Uhr stand ich dann vor dem verschlossenen Laden, obwohl ich nachfragen wollte ob mein Paket vielleicht doch da ist (Öffnungszeiten bis 22 Uhr). Heute am 26.07.2025 probierte ich es also nochmal gegen 13:45 Uhr. Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort war die reinste Katastrophe!!! Als ich fragte ob mein Paket doch dort sein und bloß nicht eingescannt wurde, verneinte er dies ohne nachzugucken. „Wir scannen immer alles.“ Ich musste sehr aufdringlich sein, damit er nachgucken geht und natürlich war mein Paket da. Die ganze Woche ohne das der Paketshop das Paket scannt und man eine Chance hat dies abzuholen. Es kam weder eine Entschuldigung noch Einsicht. Stattdessen wurde mir respektlos gesagt „ Du hast doch jetzt dein Paket.“ Das ich aber die gesamte Woche mein Paket suchen musste war egal??! Also wer sein Paket gerne haben will und nicht suchen will und sich Wege umsonst machen will -> ANDERER PAKETSHOP FEHLER PASSIEREN ABER DIE
