Located at EDEKA Ordosch, Theresienstraße 29, 85049 Ingolstadt-Altstadt Nordwest, Deutsche Post Filiale operates as a postfilialen serving Ingolstadt in Bayern. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as versanddienst, versanddienstleister, so it may cover more than the name suggests.

Public offices, transport hubs and places of worship follow their own schedules: town halls and Bürgerämter open on weekdays, often only in the morning on some days, and most now require an appointment booked online. Bring your passport or ID card and the completed form for almost any procedure; residence permits are handled by the Ausländerbehörde and taxes by the Finanzamt. Deutsche Post counters and DHL Packstations handle letters and parcels.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 7 am–8 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is 0228 4333112. Calling ahead is the norm in Germany for reservations and for confirming that a small business is open that day; e-mail or WhatsApp is the common alternative if you would rather write than speak. Its website is deutschepost.de, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Its Google rating stands at 2.6 out of 5 from 8 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.

Ingolstadt is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around Ingolstadt is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.
