I was gonna charged 50 euros for a simple letter even though I'd sent a similar one for only 5 euros just one month ago. The excuse was "Trump and new rules". I didn't want to pay that fee and went to the DHL post office 3 streets ahead. Clearly they knew their job better there and I only paid 3 euros! I will never go here again unless my package delivered to this branch

This is my favorite DHL-Filiale. The staff is professional, friendly, and kind. Even during busy times when there are many customers to be served, the team remains patient, efficient, and professional—qualities that are rare to find in other DHL branches. I use DHL services multiple times a month, and this is the only branch where I consistently receive my parcels on time and with excellent service. I have zero complaints. It is very professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend Filiale 709 to any DHL customer who values high service quality.
