Man…I can only echo the sentiments about Mr Sandmann. This Sandman isn’t bringing any dreams, only nightmares. We had a few things at the Christmas Market, and wanted to ship them back to the states. We were flying carry on only so it onlv made sense. We were staying right near this place so my wife decided to take care of it while I rested. Well about two hours later she called me in tears and asked if I could meet her near there. I get near the underpass and she’s sitting there with 3 boxes just crying. She told me how difficult the clerk had made it and she just wanted to go back to the room. Well I convinced her that we should just go back to the shop and mail the stuff. Well we got there and Mr Sandmann was singing a different tune. He was being difficult but not rude(I’m not to be played with)We were there filling out paperwork for another two hours. We were finally done and we paid the man and left. When we got home and tracked the packages and two of them had been returned to sender. Here Mr Sandmann didn’t charge us enough on those two packages(because of tariffs). Now he was very adamant about the price(83 euros) per package. Now I’m stuck because I have

Extremely rude owner. I received an email that my order was ready to be picked up. I went there, he said he didn’t have it, then I showed him the email that it was ready for pick up, instantly this man got angry, his face became red, he started talking super loud and rude things to me as if I was arguing with him (I was just confused as to why I got an email saying it was ready for pick up while he’s telling me it’s not there). Anyways, this is a very bad experience for the customers and as I can see the from the previous comments, it doesn’t look like this is the first time he does this.

The owner/manager of the store has shown racist behavior toward me twice now, even though I’m a frequent customer and always treat him kindly. My German is still quite poor, but I genuinely try to speak as much as I can. The moment he realized I was struggling with the language, he became aggressive and rude, speaking even faster so I had no chance of understanding. I’ve seen him act very kind and friendly toward other customers, BUT only when they are German. I really wish there was an organisation in Germany that monitored incidents of racism. Apparently, history wasn’t enough of a lesson for some people. This was my last time there.

Extremely rude and racist. Asked me to go back to my country. He cussed me in front of other customers and asked me to get lost. I only asked him to speak to me nicely. I went there to return few parcels. He said he cannot scan all these parcels. Then He started throwing them at me and said I have to listen to what he says and I need to get out of his shop if I don’t listen to him. To which I told him to be nice. In return he told me to get out or he will call police at me. Then he told me to go back to my country because here only GERMAN RULES APPLY. I don’t know where to go because I am also a German citizen. Racist, unhelpful, very very disrespectful.

I recently had an extremely negative experience with the owner of Packstation Filiale 578, which has prompted me to share this review. DHL delivered my package to this location instead of my address, and when I arrived on the last pickup day, I encountered the same unfriendly attitude I’d experienced from this owner before. Unfortunately, this time it was much worse. When I politely asked if my package was there, the owner was unhelpful, refused to assist, and even became aggressive and raised his voice. He threatened to remove us from his shop and restrict our access, which left us feeling shocked and intimidated. Even the delivery person in the shop at the time seemed disturbed by his behavior. This isn’t the first time we’ve had a negative experience with this individual, but the lack of professionalism, hostility, and discriminatory behavior is unacceptable. I don’t wish to receive packages at this location again. I hope DHL and others take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future customers.
