Ich kann die schlechten Rezensionen nicht verstehen! Ich wohne seit einigen Monaten in Heidingsfeld und kannte Rottenbauer noch nicht. Kam zufällig vorbei mit einem Päckchen im Auto und sah diese kleine Postfiliale.Im Café saßen einige ältere Leute, hinter der Theke dort stand eine Bedienung und eine andere Mitarbeiterin bediente mich ganz ruhig und freundlich in der kleinen Postecke ... ich fand diese kleine "Post im Café" sehr gemütlich und die Leute dort sehr nett. Komme ursprünglich aus NRW. Dort könnte man sich über die Post und unfreundliche, gestresste Mitarbeiter beschweren ! Da steht man teilweise bis auf die Straße und wird unfreundlich abgefertigt. Aber hier in dem Café ist "die Welt" doch noch in Ordnung ! Ich meine, man sollte froh sein, dass man in solch einem kleinen Ort in der heutigen Zeit noch eine Postfiliale hat ! Woanders gibt es einfach keine mehr, und man muss, wer weiß wohin, fahren, um seine Post abzugeben.

Wer mal so richtig unfreundlich und bösartig behandelt werden möchte, ist hier richtig gut aufgehoben. Für alle anderen empfehle ich, eine andere Postfiliale aufzusuchen.

Die „neue“ Post Mitarbeiterin ist unglaublich unfreundlich. Ich kann verstehen, dass es stressig ist das Cafe, sowie die Poststation alleine führen zu müssen. Aber dafür können wir Kunden nichts. Wir Kunden warten sogar teilweise 10 Minuten darauf bedient zu werden und sind trotzdem freundlich. Da reicht es bei ihr nicht mal für ein Danke, Hallo, oder bitte. Der Kassenbon wird einfach hingepfeffert. Nach einem Besuch bei der Poststation in Rottenbauer hat man immer schlechte Laune. Geht nicht nur mir so. Vielleicht mal einen neuen Mitarbeiter für die Poststelle organisieren.

Postfiliale, die von der Arche ("Soziale Einrichtung") betrieben wird - ins Café 3 Eichen integriert. Mag eine Lösung für 4.600 Einwohner sein, hier fehlt vor allem die Freundlichkeit. Diese Filiale hat aber auch nicht alle Funktionen, z.B. Postdienstverfahren oder Postbank. Komische Öffnungszeiten, für Berufstätige nur schwer zu erreichen. Mitarbeiter haben keine Ahnung vom Versenden von Briefen/Päckchen/Paketen in andere Länder ! Kann vor dieser Filiale nur warnen-weil Mitarbeiter unwissend, dann lieber die Postfiliale am Heuchelhof nehmen.

Könnte ich noch einen Stern weniger geben, würde ich das sofort tun, leider würde das nicht dem anderen Personal gerecht werden, welches hier arbeitet. Eine Mitarbeiterin ist DERMAßEN unfreundlich, dass man sich jedes Mal regelrecht unwohl fühlt, wenn man ein Paket aufgeben will. Jeder Handgriff scheint zu viel, man scheint immer zu stören und zu dem vermisse ich einfach die simpelsten Formen der Höflichkeit. Vielleicht ist das ja 'ihre Art' aber daher einfach nichts für mich. Da nutze ich lieber eine Paketstation und mache um Café und Post im Café einen weiten Bogen.
