0 would be a great score PLUS FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION. I was here on 48hr work trip staying at the Westin Grand Munich which is opposite your business. I mailed a letter but was advised a minimum spend was required so I decided to buy a vape to make up for it. Walked away and on trying the vape, it did not work. Returned it and your staff placed tissue over the tip of the vape, sucking on it countless times in the hope to make it work. Eventually, it activated. In his intelligence, he thought it’d be a good idea to give me the same vape he had put his lip around and said, ‘ ITS OK, YOU CAN TAKE NOW’. Of course, as a civilised human being with a brain in skull I refused. My money was not refunded, neither was I given another vape. Money is not the issue but out of principal, I have advised my bank to dispute this payment on 09/Jan/2026 and most importantly advise others to be wary of this terrible behaviour. Did not expect this kind of behaviour in Germany! but hey ho. You get what u pay for! I’m certain the LOTTO brand can do better. This man puts you in grand disrepute and it’s a real shame! The terrible comments in the reviews needs to be taken seriously!

If I could give 0 rating, I would. Every time we go to this place, we have a horrible, uncomfortable and racist experience. The guy is rude, unhelpful and every time asks us to hurry up as he wants to close the shop in 5 mins. This time he wanted to close his shop at 4pm and when we asked him to wait for 5 mins, he was downright rude to us. We had no other option but to leave the shop. The staff needs to some training on customer service and basic manners. Please visit somewhere else to post your stuff. This guy will ruin your mood.

Racist staff. Depending on the mood of the woman at this shop, you'll get your package or not. I was told to "go to the Rathaus and get a proper German name" after showing proof of the package being mine, including proof of purchase and ID... but apparently a single character mismatch is enough for this woman to go on a power trip and make you come back home empty handed. I was polite and calm but I was still asked to leave the premises and change my name at the Rathaus(!). Excuse me? That comment is completely out of place and I couldnt believe what I was hearing. Is this who you want working for you, DP? Embarrassing.

One star is alot for there service. -There is two employers there one of them she is very rude to everyone and she didnt want to provide help, they have zero knowledge how to be professional and zero knowledge in customer service , i was trying to send a smal box and i asked 3 questions excatly to her and she didnt want to help after that ,i asked did i wrote the address on the right paper, I am just traveling and not from the area, I was asking her where to buy a tape so i can seal my box as she didnt have tape service to help me with that ,i asked as well what time you close the office and she said to me you talk and ask alot there is people are waiting also i want to go home, i waited for for 15 mints to have a few 3 questions and she didnt have mire than a mint for me to help , there was 5 people behind me , and she had 30 mints left to close. 1- I was wondering why a post office dont provide a tape to for the customers to use. 2- Why they only accept cash only,( we are in the year of 2023 , with covid still around and so many travelers) and they still ask for cash. And they dont help if its not cash. 3- why she talked to me like that and to others as she was rushing them ,i gu
