Terrible experience unless you book an appointment. As a pregnant woman in my third trimester, I had to stand in line for an hour. There were also elderly and disabled people waiting, yet there were no chairs. The queue management is inefficient. Only two employees were working and there was no distinction between simple and complex cases. While my request only takes less than five minutes, one customer occupied an employee for over 30 minutes.
