We've been a customer for 20 years at this branch. Honestly in recent years service has been in decline, especially during the renovation period. We've even contemplated switching to another institution. However, Ms. Neslihan Imam-Hassan, turned things around in our last couple of visits with her patient and knowledgeable consultation. We are glad that customer service is still well and alive. Thank you.

I am a customer of Deutsche Bank in Erlangen since more than 20 years. They had major reconstruction work ongoing for about a year, and last week i went there first time since that was finished. Unfortunately the experience with their customer service was very poor and has degraded significantly. I usually do all banking online, but in this case i had to go physically to the bank, no way to avoid it. I was very surprised that they re-built the bank so that there is exactly ONE customer service desk, which you apparently have to go through for any business. The employee at that one service desk apparently had to handle all requests, i.e. she was not just a dispatcher. Its a bit like a supermarket deciding to have only one checkout, and the person there has to cut meat and beak bread as well. As a result we waited almost one hour, only to be told to sit in a reception area and to wait for the next person. I cant blame this on the employee at the service desk, this is structural to Deutsche Banks approach in this branch. Had a meeting with Mr. Müller and that had to be the best bank advisory service experience I have ever had. He was super friendly, speaks perfect English and all professional. Made sure I understood everything correctly and all the possibilities available in my position to invest or save money.

I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Artur Hütter for the help he has kindly provided. During my several visit to Deutsche Bank (Nürnberger Straße 37, Erlangen) he showed an excellent professional knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to help me out in dealing with problems. On top of that, he speaks perfect English — that made our communication both productive and enjoyable.

Very good service at Erlangen DB branch. Staff is humble. Branch is Neatly maintained. Thanks to Ms.Imam Hassan for your quick response .She is very polite and supportive.She provided all the information required at lightning speed.She speaks English and I strongly recommend.😀👍
