We booked this hotel as the final night of our vacation because we wanted one last relaxing day before our nearly 10-hour drive home. Since warm weather was forecast, we deliberately paid around €30 extra for a room with air conditioning, bringing the total to almost €200 including parking and our dog. Unfortunately, the air conditioning barely worked. Despite setting it to 20°C, the room remained around 24.5–25°C all evening and night. Reception told us this was “normal” because many rooms were using the air conditioning and suggested opening a window instead. The maintenance employee confirmed the unit struggled in warm weather, which completely defeats the purpose of paying extra for air conditioning. The wellness area, one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, was equally disappointing. The hot tub was cold, the steam room and salt room were out of service, the shower drains were blocked, and several other guests were also complaining. The next morning, the hot tub was even colder due to a technical issue, meaning we were never able to enjoy the facilities we specifically booked the hotel for. Hotel and room were quiet, breakfast was quiet OK, spa and pools are very nice albeit in need of maintenance and repair. They have 6 E chargers outlet on the massive open parking (no gate, no security), this is were any positive feedback stops. This hotel must be reached by car, but they charge you 6.5€ to park, it should be part of the room package. Silly. We booked for 2 adults + 1 kid, they charged us an additional 20€ for a tiny floor mattress where our 7 y/o was barely fitting, not a proper bed as one can see on the picture, while the hotel was empty and they could easily set us in a bigger room fitting a roll away bed. This was shameless, considering they changed us room for that, after preparing a cot despite a call to clarify his age. Rooms are clean and modern, but ours didn't have a phone to call the reception, we had to walk back there to get any service, can't be possible in a 4 stars. To add insult to injury, during check out they say they "cannot compensate" for the issue, classy, and latter on by emails, pretended the same. Hotelier competence at its lowest. Come here prepared, but the rooms are quiet and the spa is cool.

Not a bad hotel per se but definitely not as good as expected especially for the price. No french speaking member. I was not that well welcome, not horrible but not nicely neither (i was wearing work clothes so probably didn't helped but it should not impact IMHO...) The room itself was old, a lot of fixed things not that well fixed. The worse shower I never got (i was 5th floor). Never got the water to get stable temperature. Especially for a spa establishment it desapointing but barelly usable. I left the room earlier (1pm), and use it and I am pretty sure it was not cleaned after me for next guest (the room was officially canceled, which brang me some drama with my job but that's another topic). I ask an invoice and the I do know better than you tone didn't helped with the service quality perception. The breakfast was not that bad. I didn't tried Spa nor Restaurant so i can't tell for those. Cheaper it will deserve a star more but the shower was really bad. If you are german speaker and rich looking enough you will probably have better service too.

On the positive side, the service provided by the hotel staff was truly commendable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The room I stayed in was well-appointed and comfortable, providing a cozy ambiance that helped me unwind after a long day of work. Additionally, the breakfast spread was quite impressive. The variety of options ensured that there was something for everyone, and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Furthermore, the availability of parking on-site was a huge convenience, making my daily commute hassle-free. However, my stay did have a couple of downsides that need addressing. Despite staying in the business class category, I was surprised to find that there was no water and coffee maker in the room. In a hotel that otherwise pays attention to guest comfort, this seemed like an oversight. A small touch like having a coffee maker would have added to the overall convenience of the stay. Similarly, the absence of an iron box in the room was quite inconvenient. When I requested one at the reception, I was taken aback by the 15 euro per day charge for its use.
