Excellent hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms. The spa is very peaceful, clean, and pleasant. The staff are extremely helpful and speak multiple languages.

Overall hotel is ok . Small pool inside . Smell chlorine . For a weekend or a few days to come it’s enough. Rooms are clean but the mattress must be replaced with a firm one !!! It’s very important!! The staff are good by the breakfast. By the reception women are rude and not friendly, they have no idea about good customer service and friendliness. They making funny expressions on their faces and ignoring you when you ask them something, they make your stay very uncomfortable!!!! They’re there only to sit on the chair and looking in computer. Nothing else . From this hotel no service to the station, no bus , no shops , nothing . Owner offering a drive to the station but she is not always there . I’d call boring place . For a pensioner could be the right place I’d assume . I give 2- 3 stars because of reception !!!!!!

Stayed 2 nights and had a spa treatment. Champagne breakfast on Saturday. Very kind staff. Beer bath and hops oil massage were fun! Grounds are beautiful. Only negatives- Mattresses were really uncomfortable and there wasn’t an information book in the room. But would definitely return!
