DER bogen is a coworking in München, Bayern. It is listed at Prinzregentenstraße 159, 81677 München-Bogenhausen, which places it among the local businesses of München that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Real estate services in Bayern range from small neighbourhood agencies to national chains and property managers (Hausverwaltungen). For purchases the agent fee is typically split between buyer and seller and comes on top of the land transfer tax and notary costs, so ask for all fees in writing. Apartment buyers should read the recent owners' meeting minutes and check the reserve fund. For industrial and commercial premises, check zoning, utilities and access before signing anything.

The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. Typical hours are 8 am–4 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around public holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. You can reach DER bogen on 089 69394548; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions, and many businesses also take enquiries and bookings by e-mail or WhatsApp. Its website is der-bogen.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Its Google rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 40 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect before you commit to a visit.

München is in Bayern, in the south, the country's industrial powerhouse around Munich and Stuttgart with the Alps and the Black Forest on the doorstep; winters bring snow and the occasional warm Föhn wind, summers are the warmest in Germany, and living costs are the highest. Getting around München is easiest by U-Bahn, S-Bahn, tram and bus, all covered by the Deutschlandticket that is valid on local and regional transport across Bayern and beyond; parking in city centres is scarce and either paid or limited by Parkscheibe, so public transport or a bike is usually quicker than driving.
